Refund policy

We accept returns/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty.

To request a return, please email orders@bkboxt.com.au with your order number and details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your return or exchange.
